  • Strictly no exchange/refunds for all pre - order / back order items.

  • Do expect unwanted and unintended delays in order fulfilment due to huge quantities being processed at any period of time.
  • If you have placed a back order or a pre order item together with a ready stock item, it is our standard practice to ship you the ready stock item first before the back order / pre order item arrives.


SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA / DOMESTIC FULFILMENT

  • Shipping is FREE within Malaysia.
  • Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia within 4 working days.
  • Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia within 6 working days.
  • Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, PremiumOutlet.asia have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

EXCHANGE/RETURNS

  • We accept exchanges within 5 working days for all domestic orders from the day customer receive the goods.
  • Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer's defect.
  • Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.
  • All items must be exchange/returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of PremiumOutlet.asia reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion. It will be sent back at the customer expense.
  • Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained.

3) Reason for return


  • We will not entertain exchanges/returns if information provided is not complete or invalid.
  • The management of PremiumOutlet.asia reserves the rights to reject any exchange/returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged / altered / used condition by customer.
  • Please take noted that ALL clearance or sales or discounted or pre-order items are strictly not returnable/exchange.

REFUND

  • Refunds are only valid due to manufacturer's defect and request within 5 working days for all domestic orders from the day customer receive the goods.
  • We will only issue you a refund via STORE CREDIT and it may take up to 15 working days to process from the day PremiumOutlet.asia receive the goods.
  • Postage is to be borne by you in the event of returning the item.
  • All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of PremiumOutlet.asia reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
